Draft for launch preparation. The business owner and qualified legal/tax advisers must approve this text before accepting live payments.
This draft explains the default personal-use licence for purchased digital miniature files.
Permitted personal use
Unless a product explicitly states otherwise, the buyer may download, store, and print the purchased STL for personal, non-commercial use.
Not permitted
Do not redistribute, resell, sublicense, share, upload, or otherwise provide the digital file to third parties. Commercial sale of prints requires an expressly purchased commercial licence.
Final licence
The final text must define print-service use, modifications, attribution, commercial tiers, termination, enforcement, and treatment of commission work.
