These Terms govern one-time purchases and use of digital miniature files from Latenight Miniatures.
Products, prices, and payment
Products are downloadable digital files, normally supplied as STL and CHITUBOX files. Prices are displayed in USD and payment is processed securely by Stripe. Product images are illustrative; a compatible slicer, printer, materials, and suitable software are your responsibility. We may correct obvious pricing or catalogue errors before accepting an order.
Guest and account delivery
You may purchase through a confirmed account or as a guest. Account purchases appear in purchase history. Guest purchases are delivered through a secure access link sent to the checkout email. Keep account credentials and guest links private. An order is fulfilled only after our server verifies the Stripe payment.
Immediate digital delivery and withdrawal
At checkout you expressly request immediate digital delivery and acknowledge that the ordinary withdrawal right ends once access to the digital content is supplied. Because access begins immediately, we do not offer voluntary change-of-mind refunds after delivery has started. This does not limit mandatory consumer rights or remedies where files are defective, inaccessible, or materially misdescribed.
Personal-use licence
Each purchase grants the buyer a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to download and use the files for private purposes. You may print copies for your own personal use. You may not share, publish, redistribute, resell, sublicense, or commercially exploit the digital files, nor sell physical prints made from them, unless Latenight Miniatures gives separate written permission.
Problems, refunds, and support
If a purchased file is unavailable, corrupt, or materially different from its description, contact support with the order reference. We will investigate and, where required by applicable law, repair or replace the content, restore access, reduce the price, or issue an appropriate refund. A full refund revokes download access.
Intellectual property and acceptable use
Latenight Miniatures and its licensors retain all intellectual-property rights in the site, artwork, and digital files. You must not bypass access controls, interfere with the service, scrape protected content, upload malicious material, or use the site unlawfully.
Availability and liability
We use reasonable care to keep the service and purchased downloads available, but temporary maintenance and third-party outages can occur. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for indirect loss, incompatible equipment or software, failed prints, or misuse of supplied files.
Complaints, law, and changes
Send complaints to [email protected] with your order reference and a clear description of the issue. These Terms are governed by Croatian law, while any mandatory consumer protection and jurisdiction rights available to you remain unaffected. Material updates apply prospectively and the version accepted at checkout is recorded with the order.
