Terms of Service
Draft for launch preparation. The business owner and qualified legal/tax advisers must approve this text before accepting live payments.
These draft terms cover accounts and one-time purchases of downloadable STL files.
Accounts and purchases
Customers must provide accurate account information and keep access credentials secure. Prices, currency, included files, and availability are shown before checkout; payment is completed on Stripe-hosted Checkout.
Digital delivery
A successful server-verified payment unlocks the purchased files in the customer account. Access must not be inferred solely from a browser return page.
Before launch
Add the legal business name, address, contact details, governing law, liability terms, customer complaint process, and mandatory consumer information approved by counsel.
