Account email and authentication records; order and payment references; download entitlements; commission details and reference images; essential security and server logs.

Why and how long

Data is used to provide the requested service, secure the store, support customers, and meet accounting or legal obligations. Commission reference images are scheduled for deletion after 30 days. Final retention periods must be approved before launch.

Service providers

Stripe processes payments, Resend delivers transactional email, and Hetzner hosts application data and private object storage. The final policy must list the business identity, controller contact, lawful bases, international-transfer safeguards, and data-subject rights.
